Lindsay Koth

Lindsay Koth continues a family legacy of more than 50 years in Madison-area real estate. With roots in both residential and commercial real estate and property management, Lindsay is known for her hard work, friendly personality, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients—including helping with furniture, pets, or anything needed to make a showing successful.

Born and raised in Madison and a graduate of Edgewood High School, Lindsay attended the University of Colorado–Boulder, where she lettered four years on the varsity golf team. Her professional background includes directing national golf tournaments for the AJGA, coaching at Florida State University, and working in corporate sponsorships in Stockholm, Sweden.

Lindsay returned to Madison to help launch the PGA TOUR Champions event and now applies her diverse experience to help clients buy and sell with confidence. She serves on multiple community boards, including First Tee of South Central Wisconsin, Wisconsin Junior PGA Foundation, The MACC Fund, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Underdog Pet Rescue, and the Edgewood High School Alumni Association.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys golfing, skiing, boating, and spending time with her husband, Adam, their two daughters, and two dogs. She welcomes the opportunity to assist clients throughout the Greater Madison Area and beyond.
